When sleeping at night make sure the mattress is firm enough to support your body weight. With sufficient material, within the mattress that will act as a cushion to allow for the contours of the body to be supported and won’t make your back hurt or any other body parts, it is important to have a good and relaxed nights sleep and a quality mattress will help most.

Have a glass of water before or by your bedside, and attempt to drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day this will provide your body with the fluid you need helping to flush toxins and also keep your hydrated and looking fresh. 

At breakfast mix fruit juices with 50% water, to aid absorption and prevent rapid sugar levels in the blood.

Make sure you don't skip breakfast, this is the most important meal 0f the day, You should eat breakfast everyday unless you get out of bed after 12 o'clock, then you can go straight for lunch which isn’t that bad but if you are awake at breakfast time then your body expect to have something to eat.

If you feel tired just after eating lunch, you are probably eating too much refined processed carbohydrates, and your body has become carbohydrate sensitive. Try and eat more complex carbohydrates, and add more protein and fibre to your meals. And also, don't forget to drink plenty of water.

Remember low fat foods, are often laced with sugar, which also has calories, just eat the low fat yogurts they are better for your weight loss but they are also sometimes fattening if you eat too many and too often.

Eat a balanced diet, lower in fat, lower in sugar salt and processed foods, eat more fibre and whole food products to achieve your goal. 

Diets don't work ! you need a lifestyle change, So our advice is to have as much exercise as possible and healthier whole foods and fruit if you are going to try and cut fatty foods out then replace them with fruit or something healthy.

When trying to lose fat, aim to lose a maximum of 1 to 2 pounds a week if you don’t achieve this don’t stop all you need is some self control and don’t let things trick you as you will feel worse when you start putting weight on instead if losing, remember if you are exercising at the same time then you will be building some muscle tissue too so don't give up if you seem to be on a plateau as you could be losing fat but not seeing it on the scales.

Chewing sugar free gum increases saliva flow which helps to neutralize plaque acidity. One unpleasant side effect is flatulance from sorbitol which is a sweetener that is used in many brands. Aim for no more than a pack a day this can also stop you from having that most wanted chocolate bar instead you can have a piece of chewing gum , make sure you have sugar free as to much can cause tooth decay and rot your teeth
